Growing the game since 2015
Kalamazoo Pickleball Outreach is a volunteer-led nonprofit dedicated to growing pickleball throughout Kalamazoo County. Through tournaments, sponsorships and donations, we help fund new courts, resurfacing projects and facility improvements that create better places for people to play, connect and stay active.

Built by players. Powered by Community.
Kalamazoo Pickleball Outreach was founded in 2015 by Jim and Yvonne Hackenberg, longtime advocates for the sport and members of the Pickleball Hall of Fame.
What began as a shared passion for pickleball has grown into a community organization focused on expanding access to the game throughout greater Kalamazoo.
Today, local players, volunteers, sponsors and tournament participants work together to support court development and create more opportunities for people of all ages and skill levels to play.
